At Get Mobile Physical Therapy, we’re committed to making quality care convenient and accessible. We offer flexible options for patients using insurance, paying out of pocket, or seeking reimbursement from their health plan.

In- & Out-of-Network Care

We are currently in the credentialing/contracting process with most major commercial insurance plans, as of now we are out-of-network with most insurance providers. However, many patients with PPO plans are eligible for some reimbursement of our services. We’re happy to provide a detailed “Superbill” to help you submit claims directly to your insurance company.

What Is a Superbill?

A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes all the necessary information your insurance provider needs to process an out-of-network claim. Once submitted, you may receive reimbursement depending on your plan benefits.

HSA/FSA Accepted

You can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for our services. These accounts often cover out-of-network physical therapy.

How to Check Your Out-of-Network Benefits

If we are Out-of-Network with your insurance plan we encourage you to call your insurance provider and ask the following:

  • Do I have out-of-network benefits for Physical Therapy?

  • What percentage of the cost will be reimbursed?

  • Do I need a referral or pre-authorization?

  • What is my deductible and how much of it has been met?
